I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, despite the unexpected presence of lizards. The hotel was quiet and away from the street, offering a peaceful stay. However, there were lizards running up the walls and around the ceiling, which might not be appealing to everyone.

The hotel was surprisingly clean and very nice, exceeding my expectations. The pullout of HVAC units in each room for deep cleaning was a new level of attention to detail that gave me confidence in the cleanliness and maintenance. However, the location was just average, and some tiles were loose. The service was top-notch, with staff always asking if I needed anything and being very helpful, but the proximity to stores and restaurants was a plus. The breakfast offered good value for money and was better than expected, yet the facilities could use some improvement.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms I stayed in were clean and the staff was incredibly helpful, but the other room I saw was neat, though not as clean. The service was extremely helpful and courteous, with staff members taking pride in their property. The location was okay, with some traffic issues, but it was great for my visit to Sumter. The facilities were well-maintained, and the hotel was near stores and restaurants, making it convenient for guests.
